We, Humanity

We run in the dark, 
unaware of our future.
We race upon stars,
tiny glimmers of hope.

We reach for riches, 
we make our mark, 
learning of culture
as we peer through the bars.

We argue and bicker,
smirk and snicker.

We strive for knowledge 
and a Godly image.

We heal, reveal
scars and damage

We live,
We fight,
we succeed.

We are human.
