We Have Been Touched

Linda Marie touched many a heart and now we must let her depart.
The indications of what was to come, now just leave us feeling numb.
Reality again has won the fight with tribute poems here on this site.
It seems too soon to wax nastalgic for something truly, truly tragic.

I myself didn't know her well, so have truly missed out on her spell.
She cast upon so many here who feel her loss with a soulful tear.
But still I feel so sad inside, knowing her sweetness wiil not abide.
So in our hearts we lift her to, where she dreamed of a place so true.

May all our spirits interwine again someday on poetry vine.
Where angels like Sweetheart hang out to express musings so devine.
The moment now has come to pass where she has gone to greener grass.
May her meadows wave in gentle breeze and love whisper all through the trees.

We are all in shock more than we know when someone we love must finally go.
May your sweet spirit keep us in the bossom of your love Sweet Linda. Peace. :)
