we had a secret for Santa

the twin deer sneaked off to visit Santa again tonight
Their polka dotted hair showed up yellow in the moonlight
Rudolph, their daddy, came along and gave them what for
We had a secret for Santa, they told him, which tickled his core

Rudolph had always had a terrific relationship with Santa too
This love for Santa from his twin children was long overdue.
He never knew the secret, for he was a wise, intelligent deer.
But the twins helped Santa in his workshop year after year.
