We Don'T

We Don’t

We don’t belong to each other, and yet we do

We don’t share a house, a car or a bath

We do share a journey, a destiny, a laugh

We don’t see each other the way that we would

We see happiness, contentment and things that feel good

We don’t argue, fuss, we don’t disagree

We kiss we hug and we let things be

We don’t have what is common, accepted or right

We have what is real, unexpected our plight

We don’t understand, can’t explain, couldn’t predict

We have what we have, each other and that’s it.

Cool. Sounds complicated and easy. As long as it makes you happy ;) thanks for sharing.
