We Are Part of Whole

"May all sentient beings be at peace,
May no one suffer from illness,
May all see what is auspicious,
May no one suffer.
Om peace, peace, peace" -
Ancient Indian Prayer
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
All five fingers of our hand
Achieve great feats for united they stand
Together they become one
No ego each helping everyone
All feel they are part of one body
They are doing for self not another body
Are we not a part of larger whole?
Even if one is not well, it effects the whole!
We are a part of our creator,
No one is less, none greater
If we thought like parts of our body
It will usher happiness for everybody
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"mamaivamso jiva-loke jiva-bhutah sanatanah"
The living entities in this conditioned world are My eternal, fragmental parts.-
Bhagvad Gita ancient Indian spiritual treatise
