Ways To Say Goodbye

A thought that lingers

A moment frozen in time

As I embrace the darkness

That feeling of sublime

Taken away forever

And I don't know why

As I search for

Ways to say goodbye

I've emptied my soul

Unto others fears

With no one to help me

Wipe my tears

My feelings I've cast out

A delerious solution

Still I have feelings

Of retribution

Though I grew wise

In many of God's way's

My faith in as much

Has grown these days

When I think of you

It always draws a sigh

Until then, these are

Ways to say goodbye
