Way Back When I Was Ten

Way back when I was ten
There was once my old good friend
Her name sounds like a musical key
Everyone called her Melody

We’re young and wild to laugh things over
Ran on grasses bringing bags and a clover
Couldn’t quite forget the small talks in room
Play hide and seek inside the classroom

I found my best friend when I was ten
Still remember our childhood days quite more often
I wonder where the world Melody is hiding
Years went by since I haven’t seen her face smiling

Is there a chance to see her again?
Hope we’ll see soon before Earth comes to an end
Melody! Melody! Where are you now?!
Searching for you way back ago till now.
