Wavedance

Lace waves lap tender shore
Brush away layered sand
Erode this sodden land
Revealing something raw

A hypnotic deep trance

Horizon shrouded day
Clouds tumbling away
As the salty waves dance

As the salty waves dance

Just read your poem and I really like it. I like how you repeated the last line. And how you had the clouds tumbling away at the end!

so you were raised on 60's music too!! Were you in school when Herman's Hermits came out. My first record I bought was theirs. Remember three dog Night and there were so many others!! I still have all my records, about 800 of them either albums or 45's. I wonder if I could make some money with them and yet they are part of my youth. Maybe I will never part with them until I die!

Hi Andrea, I was raised on 60s musics, I wasn't born until the 80s my parents were both big music fans so that's kind of how I was raised on the stuff....Your music collection sounds amazing ;) xxx
