Watered You
You planted me flowers
And I watched them bloom
I was consumed
I filled the cup
And I poured and poured
Just a little bit more
But not even the sun
Could make them shine
As you watched me drown mine
So I’ll take the fall
For the wane of our love
I guess I gave you a little too much
