Water of Life

What's with me I give to you
The fuel for your life;
I bring back the norm in those with the flu,
And put you on the path to strive.

I am with the flow of the earth
I am of the most abundant out there;
Always in someway near the turf,
And I definitely need to be spread.

I'm beautiful and heart warming
But at times I am destructive;
At the mercy of the air that's swarming,
So against my will I take part in something intensive.

I will never run out of something so necessary
If so comes the time I'm sure it will be slow;
Because I am water a source so legendary,
And like time I will continue to flow.
