Water Horse
In a land of myth and legend
Reality is daily threatened
Water Horse so seldom seen
living in realm of Celtic dream.
When elements align in harmony
You just might see this prodigy
His noble head parting waves
Inquisitive eyes give longing gaze.
Water Horse awaits release
Ancient spell cast by druid priest
If moon turns green spell will break
Galloping wildly from the lake.
Decades pass ~ from time to time
Sighting reminds us of this great crime
Perhaps one day our Water Horse
Will escape his prison with no remorse.
