Water and Sky

The dark night sky seems endless
And it's saturated with stars
Looking up at the constellations
Wondering which way to get to mars
There's a beautiful glow to the right
Lights up part of the sky
A special full blue moon
Sits among the stars up high
The reflection upon the water
Brings a sparkle to the still lake
Like diamonds bouncing onto ice
A beautiful sight it sure does make
The blue glow of the full moon
Highlights the lakes' pebbly shores
A dark night so mysterious
The beauty of the great outdoors

Susan, you poem is very beautiful and that is the main point of my comments. Secondary, it that I believe you may have wanted to type 'night' instead of 'right' on the 5th line. If I'm wrong, please just ignore me and accept my compliment that you painted a lovely picture I truly enjoyed. Poetry hugs ... CayCay
