Water
I am just water
But I surround you
I help you float away
I can easily drown you
In my subtle ways
I will chip away your heart of stone
I will give you comfort
When you feel all alone
I will rush onto the sands
To try and tempt you in
And I will try to take hold of you
But you will never give in
My intentions are never cruel
But my will is strong and true
I'm just water, but you need me
And I dear friend, need you.
