Watch Out

It was Halloween night Joe took a ride to town He looked in his mirror Joe began to frown Something was right behind him What he was seeing, couldn't be Figured he was just very tired He pulled his car over to see When he jumped out of the car He began shaking. There was a dead body of a man, head completely cut off by a sword. Blood was still seeping out of his body. hands wrapped with cords His eyes were gouged out. It made Joe so sick he threw up all over the man, ran back to his car and just as he was getting in, the headless horseman wasn't very afar. He took off speeding down the road, only to see the headless horseman on is tail. He went to fast around the curve and slid across, just as a van was coming head on. Joe swerved to miss and brushed the side of the van, hitting a tree head on. The van kept on going and never stopped, for he, too had seen a gun being aimed towards them by the headless horseman. Joe ran for his life and a stranger pulled over to pick him up. The old stranger asked where he came from. He told him he just came through Sleepy Hollow. Then the stranger told him he was crazy. Never should have gone through there on Halloween. Joe luckily had made it home in one piece. Never could sleep that night. Laid on the couch, watching tv, and the next day there in the chair he sat. So, if you're smart you will stay away from Sleepy Hollow on Halloween, unless you want to meet face to face with the headless horseman. © Melanie . All rights reserved, 8 hours ago
