Wasted Dreams
Wasted dreams
Silent screams
Time gone by
Makes me cry
I am alone
The fading groan
My heart is lost
My mind is frost
All hope slips away
Night crowds out the day
Sounds fall to the deep
No rest while I sleep
Why must I feel this pain
They all believe I’m sane
What if they say is true
Life is a cage-less zoo
Can’t see
No plea
Last run
I’m done
