Washed Away

Today I took a shower, under heavens rain
I let it pour all over me, and wash my sins away
I smiled up at the heavens at all of the raindrops
It felt so nice and soothing, I hoped it'd never stop
I felt just like a child a careless little girl
I spun around a few times in a blissful twirl
I'll bask in heavens showers and enjoy today
Yesterday is non existent already washed away
