Was There Ever My Best Day
The best day of my life
now there indeed is a thought
to choose just one actual day
among all of them cold or hot
There would be some contenders
among my very many days
twenty five thousand five hundred
and fifty five so the calendar says
How do you just pick one?
for what makes a day the best
many factors could be included
just to go forever in your quest
Well for the sake of it
my best was indeed blessed
the day I met the risen Christ
gave me His heavenly crest
Always looked back on that day
with gratitude and such pleasure
how great that day was to me
you just could not measure!
(This was written considering if I have had a best ever day in my life, hence my thoughts about it. )
