Was Silence Golden

Silence is golden,
I seemed to have forgot,
It was great what we had,
Then the words ran out,
I felt the need to fill the void,
But all that did was,
Make you more annoyed.
When I ventriloquized you,
I just wanted to romance you,
And go back where,
We could talk about everything and nothing,
Just enjoying each other’s stare.
