Warmth of a Friend

Would that this nostalgic time be seized,
And, comrades are continuously pleased.

For me, to sing couplets and songs,
And, enthrall all among the throngs.

Or, I make a garland of glossy flowers,
In clouds’ shade, for their pleasures.

Or, I quench thirst of my sad soul,
Drink the sea, not just half, but the whole.

My blood that sizzles in their presence,
Should not freeze, in my veins, in their absence.
