War Fair?

Trying to see beyond me to you
Thinking about military surplus flashlights and
Tanks filled with Jell-O or pudding

Here is the truth
Heaven forbidden that isn't shared
Hell fire burns hotter on earth

All us humans
After a way to pursue our own happiness
And forgetting to take care of each other

Nothing matters
Near the end
Not selfish concerns or

Kindling
Kindness lives, but the
Killing blow rarely comes from a

Stranger's hands
Strangling holds the personal touch
Still wondering why the fight began
