Want To Stay
surfing on a wave of
feelings, gliding thru
a tunnel of confusion.
the water turns to ice
and slide down twists
and turns, feelings
and emotions, criss
crossing swirling within
myself. its cold oh so
cold, ive felt this way
before, i scream no
i will not sub come to
this, let the light shine
thru, melt this ice around
this bitter heart. i want to
laugh and sing smell the
flowers in the spring,
light show me the way,
save me from this cold
and lonely plot, scare
away the crows, tell
the raven to wait for
i want to stay.
