Wandering Spirit

Do you hear my lonesome sound Of my lost soul wandering around For me there is no hesitation Just an uneven heartfelt consternation Now a lost and lonely wandering Not knowing what each dawn will bring Repeating those lines not written down Just a lonesome lonely sound Who was I when I lived and breathed Left alone in the end to now deceive A puzzle for an inquiring mind Just smitten being quite unkind. © Paul Warren Poetry
