Wandering

I wandered along a jagged road
And found what I had lost, as such
A mass of visions, scenes and bones
I wandered along a jagged road
Two steps I take to greet tomorrow
Jolted by the paint I touch
I wandered along a jagged road
And learnt to leave the plague I clutch

BAM! You did it again: you said quite a bit in just 8 lines, and that last line is superb; brilliant way to end the piece. Kudos; I enjoyed this piece very much!

I vision many of life's roads jagged as well... leaving the "plague I clutch" is always a goal in order to attain something more satisfying. Well done. I haven't written a triolet but this sure sounds close ... Welcome to the Soup :) (Click on a poet below and comment on their work. I am looking forward to see some comments from you on my poems)

Hey, thanks I tried writing one to enter the triolet competition. Struggle slightly to convey what I wanted whilst keeping the structure I guess, as its kinda ambiguous but ahh well, I would drop you a hello and an introduction, only I don't know how, you could always drop me one though? I'm guessing replying would be fairly simple after receiving.
