Walking the Dog

I took my dog
On a walk today
She looked angry
Didn't have much to say

She looked at me
And shook her head
Didn't want to take a walk
Dragged her out of bed

What a bad attitude
From a dumb mutt
I needed the exercise
Not that bite on the butt

She forgets who is boss
I'm in charge of my life
She is just the dog
Not my wife

I look at my dog
As I go out the door
I see a laugh on her doggie face
She'll walk no more

Love the part "She is just the dog Not my wife". Well penned, Timothy.

Cute. I think on the last line you meant “She’ll”
