Walking In Someone's Shoes

Other people's problems May be worse than yours or not, A question of perspective Which those outside haven't got. It really isn't possible To walk in someone's shoes Because the paths they follow Wouldn't be the ones you'd choose. We're stuck with our own hurdles Which we'll either crash or clear, Struggles harder to surmount Than how to others they appear.

Good advice for all of us to follow, Ilene, especially when the shoe doesn't fit. / M

Hi Ilene. I like this. It's really important for people to know that you can't walk in others shoes sometimes. Hurdles may be too great or ill conceived. Nicely penned Ilene. Trevor

We all have problems but I think they pale in comparison when you hear of others with far greater problems. Tom.

I like this one a lot! As always, impeccably rhymed! "The paths they follow wouldn't be the ones you'd choose" is exactly on point, and when it rhymes it seems to send it home even more! Another one well done!........pat
