Walking Away

Last kicks of a dying horse
A fail to take the outcome
With nothing to do
But a look as the back despair
Hearing the sound of foot steps
As you walk away
Without a turn back
Sadness on my face
Pain still fresh
Heart bleeding
Soul still weak
Fear of the future
Buried in thick darkness
Without a sign of light
Dreams shuttered
Closed doors of inspiration
Only
Sleeping for memories

Is that you're real first name? Admire. Your parents must be real free thinkers. I guess I mean your parents must be different. Your poem was nice. The last line was good too.
