Waking Up To Sunlight

Most don't get to feel the warm rays of sun hit their face in the early morning
Most don't get to put on clean, fresh clothes and decent shoes in the morning
Most don't get to get a kiss or a hug, not even a hello from their parents in the morning
Most don't get to eat a healthy delicious breakfast thats filled with love in the morning
Most don't get to skip merrily to school with their backpacks on in the morning
Most don't get to learn a good education from a lovely teacher in the afternoon
Most don't get to see all the friends smiling and have excitment in the afternoon
Most don't get to have a pleasent lunch everyday with all their buddies in the afternoon
Most don't get to arrive back to their class rooms, full and energized in the afternoon
Most don't get to come home with a pretty picture to show their parents in the afternoon
Most don't get to play outside with their toys witha happy gleaming look in the evening
Most don't get to spend dinner with their loving mom and dad in the evening
Most don't get to brush their teeth with a clean, sanitary toothbrush in the evening
Most don't get to a story read to them when their scared by mommy in the evening
Most don't get to sleep soundly in the warm, soft bed in the evening

Most don't even get to wake up from their slumber eachmorning.
Be thankful for what you have right in front of you.

I am sure that is true in so many places in the world as well as places in the USA. Thanks for reminding me. Keep writing. Sara
