Wake Up World

It’s time to stop playing.
Time keeps on moving.
While you’re looking,
For cures for your pain,
It’s all Jesus’ name.

When He comes in,
 Like a thief,
And you’re not ready.
Yourself you can only blame.
The alarm clock rang,
And it rang,
While your body and nostrils,
Slothfully sang.

Wake up world,
Jesus is coming back!
No one knows the hour,
Get up off your side, back,
Or tummy,
And wrap yourself,
In the Word of God,
Like a mummy,
And work while your days,
Are sunny,
Because judgment is real,
And soon coming.

Wake up world,
This is a serious matter,
Life or death,
Heaven or hell,
To live bad,
Or to live well.
Wake up world,
Jesus is coming
And nothing is funny.
