Waits For No Man
Waits for no man
I walked through the streets
Of a thousand towns
But I didn’t see a smile
In a sea of frowns
And I sailed ‘cross the sea
To a land of white
Yet the dull grim faces
Still didn’t look right
Now I walk through the grass
On a million graves
Over lives so unsavoured
In many different ways
