Notes About The Poem

Girl, Swing, Long Dress, Bouquet, Art

Waiting For the World To Sing

We were waiting for the world to sing,
I did not realize you had my heart on a swing
Until I felt the sting
Of falling with broken wing,
That for you I was only a fling.
