Voyeurs Watching from the Audience

I try my best not to watch myself
Walking the path laid out for today
But, sometimes, I do anyway in the
Excitement of knowing I am walking
With the feeling that I am
being watched though
The voyeurs see neither
clothing nor purpose
Nor do they care anything about
My imagined nakedness
The audience never applauds
And is never at odds with the
Plot that seems to be writing itself
As I go
Today has not yet started
But I know that the
The voyeurs will be
watching from the Audience
