Voices
Is there silence in your head?
Is there noise
Cannot get clarity
From that voice
When there is silence
You cannot rejoice
The battle of emotions
Are like huge explosions
Go for a walk or
Sit at the ocean
Let your mind be free
And opened
On the sand you
Can fix what is broken
The mediation will be your
Best friend
Deep breathe in and out
Make this your
