Voice of My Father

Loud,strong and audible from far,
His voice is of a professor
Who had taught a large number,
And it belongs to my father.

The voice that once narrated stories
To put me to sleep all night.
The noise that now awakens
And brings me to daylight.

The tone of love that cares for me,
The one that prays for my welfare,
Making me feel safe and secure
And which I wish to hear forever.

A very loving beautiful poem. If you multiply your feelings by any number you can imagine, the answer won't come close to how he feels about you, Lydia.
