VOICE OF A POET

Gathered courage to put emotions on paper
Ink agrees to be visible to anyone that pays attention
Pain introduces itself in a miserable situation
This time, not about love or infatuation
The poet cries with unanswered question

This time,I may not write a dark poem
Nor solution to my problem
Though inspired no one, neither that was the aim
The hidden best of me is what I always claim

Being Nobody's favorite is okay
Proud to be a poet with a few facts to say
My efforts and time is of no pay
On paper, nothing takes my profounding feeling away

Let me close the book for the ink has run out
Turn off the machine for toner has run out
Why was my poem a source of an insult
When it was rated for adults
I talk about the truth to leave no one with doubts
