We all have a voice (or possibly many! ;-)) in our head that is a constant companion to our life. Please try to encourage it to be a kind voice (or group!). You deserve love, compassion and support.

There's a voice in your head
Your constant companion
From birth until death
Encourage it to be kind
Encourage it to soothe
Encourage it to heal
Encourage it to be truthful
May that voice be kind to you
May it show you mercy
May it be loving
May it be gentle
Because that voice in your head
It affects your heart and soul
It affects your body and mind
And it can hurt or help your growth
There's a voice in your head
Your constant companion
From birth until death
Encourage it to be kind
Encourage it to soothe
Encourage it to heal
Encourage it to bless you
