Visibility

Upon the winds 
I am Carried
Inside mankind 
I am buried

I can speak in 
every language
I am known as a 
universal bandage

In the hardest hearts
 I create a smile
No matter what age 
they like my style

I move the inner being 
and am outwardly visible
Without moving inside 
I would be invisible

What are my two 
well-known names
Music and Song is
 my call to fame.
