Violet Evergarden

I write letters to know what is love
The last words you told me to have
Before we part our ways that night
You said I should live my own light.

I seek what is love from people I meet
Each time different meanings I greet.
I welcome something new everytime
Like words I hear and use to create rhymes.

But love is not a scene just observed
It is a feeling inside me you preserved
Until a certain time my heart remembers
How it beats fast the day before I slumbered.
