Violent Anger

When you lose control,
When you want to stop
But you don't know how.
You can't know what it's like.

You go and go
You just don't stop.
It's impossible to control.
And you know you won't stop.

When you do it,
And you have no recollection.
When all you know
Is that you did something wrong.

It's torture and it rots from inside.
