Vignette- Is Silence Golden ?

Thinking outside his cage
A war on tradition he waged,
Writing notes by chance, upon a page-
His disharmonies cannot be forecast
Many suppose his music will not last

But since you write of it ... immortal as your words ... history waits ... for a twin applause of two good things.

Well, I don't know the composer but, I know the poet who wrote this and your words always sing of beauty.

Beautiful poetry. How have you been? Really enjoyed this poetry and will have to look up the composer. Enjoy your day.

Read up on him briefly and all I can say is very, very strange. But who knows really what will catch on these days. So curious as to what influences a person to create such art - or non-art?? Interesting, that's for sure. Your poem says it well! Love, Shar
