View of Me

" View Of Me "

Quite a few nights I spend all alone

with my glowing computer in the dark

typing letters into words that will soon be shown

another meaningful poem that will leave its mark.


Some emotional thoughts that are all my own

I love writing them down just for you

before I know it a poem has grown

typed out carefully for all to view.


A few others may say I am insane

but I am free of every disease

having inspiration throughout my brain

my creative writing everyone sees.


Most openly accept while some reject

I have been a writer for quite a while

writing everyday with no neglect

giving my audience a big warm smile.


So now I give you all this View Of Me

the one who loves to share these times

words of meaning for you all to see

I am the man that writes these rhymes...
