Vesper's Disappearance

Where did you run off to? You where right here a minute ago. Next to me you shone brighter than the sun. Next to me you felt real and alive. Oh, please answer, where did you go? Is it I that is causing your pain? Is it I that causes you to scream in the night? Is it I that always causes you to faint? I think not. For it was you who woke me in the middle of the night to write & shout my joy. My sorrow will be expressed tomorrow but not today. Nor will I see you again when Summer comes.
