Venus of the Night
Dancing golden strings in the moonlit shadows,
Phantom silhouettes swaying in the pallid air
Heavy curtains gracefully danced as the wind blows
And devilish eyes by the willow stare.
Songs of midnight with the breeze commune,
Somnus' lullaby kisses my ear
Nightingales and larks sing darkness' tune
And drop of virgin's tears is all I hear.
Mystery and beauty in one reunited,
Not just mere signs of Luna's madness,
Not just a vague portrait wilderness had painted
But a mysterious and deadly visage of darkness.
