We imagine breath filling the entire Sushumna In fullness from Muladhara to Sahasrara Then along this locus We get to one pointed focus Between the eyebrows at the Ajna chakra Pure awareness without thought stigma Then the breath becomes more subtle Not by focus but from loving devotion simple Our attention then abides In rippleless stillness resides At the third eye zone Fruits follow in timeless time of seeds sown Within this visualisation leading to meditation We retain single pointed focus by mental creation Of a dam or an enclosure binding us at the Ajna Attention subtler & finer drawing in by charisma God Himself in Absoluteness Vivifing our being in fullness 22-August-2020
