In focused stillness slow We look at our left toe Then employing visualisation Affirmation imagination We see God consciousness rising The magnetic fiery heat amplifying Our body reduced to ash In a searing flash Holding thus our single pointed attention Keeping fiery toe as subject of concentration We merge therein In stillness sanguine Taking this practice deeper Shivas fire as the vaporiser The entire Universe thus disappears Nothing remains, we alone appear As the void of no-thingness 11-September-2020
