Vbt Practice 20 of 112

An exercise of this unwavering visualisation
Eyes closed in stillness we employ our imagination
Void of nothingness at our feet
Rises slowly swallowing our form complete
We then as the void view any sensation
In surprise as a divine manifestation 
Then nothing to test
We thus rest

In the void of stillness
