Thought-perception-energy-ego
If these aspects of body-mind narrow
We all forgo

Thought & prejudice & breath & craving cease
Awareness yet is but with no form to appease

Let these reflections deep
Within osmotically seep

Supreme God consciousness enters our innermost casing
Of the Sushumna erect and in bliss so celebrating
