The best pieces of advice seem so simple, yet for some strange cruel reason, they are the ones we continually mess up on! We don't think very far ahead, and can only comprehend the current moment ... perhaps this is why we keep falling.

There are a plethora of reasons that make as fail and the first one is that at the moment we do not know we act as though we know!
