Valentines
Sweet scented essence lingers in the air,
I feel a warm sensation when ever you’re near,
In my life noone else matters,
Anyone can make me laugh but you're why my heart flatters,
Your heart shot me down….. like it was a battle,
It took me out like a foot ball tackle,
When I got up i was dazed,
Then I saw your face and was amazed,
I’ll never forget the place or that day we met,
It was better than a walk on the beach with the perfect sunset,
There may be many hearts filled with love,
But only you was sent from above,
Every day with you is like cloud nine,
That’s why I hope next year you’ll still be my valentine……..
