Used To Be

He was the sun
I was the star
We oozed light and fun
But our zones of existence were
In big contrast
Day and night
Everyday was all make up and a fight
No, we were never going to last
Well, except for the love
I think a trace we still have
But we were
Used to be
And that's just it.
