Upon Thy Cross

I never saw more wonderous more meaningful true love Than that of my dear Lord Unconditional true love Upon the cross his head did bow, his heart for this world be broken before he died these precious words, were memorably spoken Forgive them Father, he softly said, for they know not what they do. And silently he slipped away, settling the sin of debt for me and you. Approaching fast is Christmas Morn Whilst children dream of presents I hope they offer just one small smile For Our Dear Lord up in heaven.

All I can do is smile about this~another portrait, of the wonders of whom you are!~And, I can only imagine, how "The Messiah" must be smiling upon yourself because of this wonderful 'Truth' and recognition!~For truly, there is 'no greater gift' than the 'The Gift of Christ!'~His love, as you said, boundless~even, unto His own sacrificial death!~"Beautiful Write~Beautiful Julie Cottingham~Love Always, John!"~Bye Precious Lady!:)

A wonderful visual - but more importantly - an inspired and uplifting message that touches the heart and the meaning of the upcoming holiday. Peace always and have a Happy & Healthy Holiday season. John

Such a lovely, lovely poem Julie.A wonderful reminder of what the season should truly be about, sometimes we forget to show children that Santa is not themost important symbol.Oh, little hint with the form.If you start your first line, at the margin with any key on your keyboard, (like a period), then you can skip over and start your poem in the middle of the page. I learned the hard way, on my first time trying this form. You can try editing this one, and see what I mean.~:)Love, Carrie
